I am authorized to use the credit card I am using for this purchase and I am at least 16 years old. I will take steps so that no accidental chargebacks occur by ensuring that whoever receives the credit card statement is aware of this purchase.

Ticketed events are no refund, no exchange events. In the event of an event cancellation, for any reason, only the price of the ticket will be refunded.  Processing and delivery fees are never refunded.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.


I understand that, "TICKETSTOBUY.COM" will show up on my credit card statement.

In the event of a mistaken chargeback, I agree to pay a $30 processing fee in addition to the original invoice amount. I understand that we have a LIMITED REFUND POLICY and that processing fees are NEVER refunded. 

Shipping: Normal 1st class delivery of ticket orders take 3-7 business days.  Allow for that in placing your order(s).
UPS Blue 2nd Day or UPS Red Overnight Saver packages ship on the next business day after the order is placed and cleared in our system.
