What is an Internet storefront?

An Internet storefront, such as TicketsToBuy.com, is designed to sell products and/or services to Internet buyers.

 

 

Is the TicketsToBuy.com storefront secure from Internet hackers and credit card thieves?

Yes.  Our storefront enters a secured and encrypted portion of our server once you begin checkout or if you enter or edit your account information.  Godaddy Software issues our secure certificate which authenticates that our server is officially secure against security issues involving the passing or your credit card or personal information across the Internet.

 

 

What is an Internet processing fee?

An Internet processing fee is charged to cover the cost of processing your credit card during the transaction, the use of the secure server for your personal protection during checkout, and administrative expenses incurred by processing an order thru the storefront system.

 

 

What is will-call?

Will-call pickup is a standard method of picking up event tickets once purchased on a storefront.  Will-call is usually located at the event's ticket gate.

Do you offer will-call pickup?

We offer will-call pickup at all of the concert events we represent.

Do you offer any other method of ticket delivery such as mailing via U. S. Mail service?

Yes.  For a nominal fee, we offer the option of mailing your tickets.  This option is available during the checkout process.  We can also offer USPS priority mail and UPS ground shipping based on their respective fee schedules.

If we choose to have our tickets mailed, how long can we expect before the tickets arrive?

In most circumstances, we can process your ticket order, prepare the mailing documentation and mail out your order in 3-7 business days.  In some cases related to non-delivery or address problems once the order is mailed, receipt of the tickets will be delayed.  Sometimes a re-sending of tickets is necessary.

 

Is our e-mail address sold to or used by any mass marketing service on the Internet?

No.  We always keep your personal and credit card information private to our files only.  Seitz Technologies and Ticketstobuy.com employees can access this information. The only use we will have with your e-mail address, besides contacting you, is to inform our customers of event updates.  Your e-mail address is never cc'd (carbon copied) in any e-mail sent.

 

Can we get local support if we have trouble buying at your storefront?

Yes.  Our parent company, Seitz Technologies, is a Midlothian, Virginia based Internet services company.  We're not like many other Internet companies in the marketplace.  Many avoid direct contact with their customers and prefer e-mail contact only.  We have various ways for you to find us, and we welcome your comments and questions:
