See the help image below.

Q. How long do I have to print my tickets once I finish buying tickets.
A. You only have 20-30 minutes before clicking the ticket link on the online receipt.

Q. What kind of format is the ticket made with?
A.  Our printable tickets are designed with Internet standard format- Adobe PDF.  Your ticket is viewable with a PDF reader from Adobe.

Q. What if my printer is broken?
A. We hope that you have a working printer with adequate printer ink for a clear, crisp printout view.  In the event that your printer is broken or becomes broken during your ticket purchase session, your viewable PDF ticket file can be saved.  Once the ticket PDF is open, go to "file" then "save as" the ticket file to your local hard drive.  Once your printer is fixed, open the ticket file in Abobe Reader once again and print the tickets before coming to your event.

Q. What if I wait too long to print my tickets and I get an error screen with a message that says "tickets to print have expired".
A.  Fear not, we can still get that ticket PDF for you.  Send an email request for help to webmaster@ticketstobuy.com.  Please send a valid email address so we can manually deliver your ticket sheet (s) to you again quickly.

Q. What security is there on online printed tickets?  Can anyone else print them and use them at the event?
A. Our online tickets are security barcoded.  The barcodes are never the same and randomly selected by our system.  At most Ticketstobuy.com ticketed events, barcode scanning is performed at the entrance gates.  Only one ticket sheet can be allowed through the gates in case of multiple copy fraud.
