I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS LISTED BELOW AND/OR STATED ON THE PURCHASE PAGE FOR EACH ITEM OR EVENT THAT I CHOOSE TO PURCHASE.

I am authorized to use the credit card I am using for this purchase and I am at least 16 years old. I will take steps so that no accidental chargebacks occur by ensuring that whoever receives the credit card statement is aware of this purchase.  Read our terms and conditions

Ticketed events are no refund, no exchange events. All outdoor events are RAIN OR SHINE events. In the event of an event cancellation, for any reason, a refund might be granted, only the price of the ticket will be refunded. Processing and delivery fees are never refunded. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

I understand that, “TICKETSTOBUY®” will show up on my credit card statement.

In the event of a mistaken chargeback buy a purchaser, I agree to pay a $30 additional processing fee in addition to the original invoice amount. I understand that we have a LIMITED REFUND POLICY and that processing fees are NEVER refunded. Processing fees are charged based on ticket price.

In the case of an event “reschedule”, a refund can be requested for approval based on the unavailable nature of attending the new date. In the case of a “concert/event day, will-call gate or door ticket pickup and/or print at home ticket (if available)” order, a refund will be given within 5-8 business days of the written online request or email. In the case of delivery of printed, mailed tickets, receipt of delivered tickets must be received in the Ticketstobuy® office prior to the refund issue date.

I understand that, if I purchase the Ticket Assurance protection for cancellations and postponements, it pertains to “complete” event cancellation and postponement.  Partial event cancellations and postponements are not covered.  I also understand that cancellation and postponement Ticket Assurance is not for “change of plans”.

A buyer e-mail address given when placing an order MUST be a current, valid e-mail address which is used for confirmations of orders, event updates, postponements or cancellations. If invalid “fake” email addresses are given with orders, or Ticketstobuy® email addresses are placed in a buyers spam folder, we are not responsible for non-deliverable confirmations, refunds or postponements, order announcements or information that might result from a lack of delivery due to a “fake” or “spam folder” e-mail address. A buyer’s e-mail address will never be sold.

Shipping: If applicable, the mailing of a 1st class ticket order can take up to 21 business days from the order date. Please allow for that in placing your order(s).  In the event that the postal service loses your tickets, we are not responsible to replace nor refund the ticket order. In the case of non-deliverable tickets, the tickets can be re-mailed at an applicable fee set forth by Ticketstobuy®.

When available, USPS Priority 2-5 days shipping or UPS special shipping packages ship on the next business day after the order is placed and cleared in our system.
